From Level II, JRES has finally reached level III of the School-Based Management. This equates to advanced.

This was the result of the DepEd-NCR SBM Tool Field Try-out conducted by Dr. Emmanuel I. Maninang, Chief Education Program Supervisor of Field Technical Assistance Division on June 29. JRES serves as the pilot school for the administration of the said tool.

A benchmarking was even done wherein school SBM coordinators from the SDO-Pasay participated.

The monitoring reveals that Jose Rizal Elementary School continues to properly implement different programs, projects, and activities under the different principles: (1) Leadership and Governance; (2) Curriculum and Learning ; (3) Accountability and Continuous Improvement; and (4) Management of Resources.

Proper documentations were also observed as seen in the reports submitted to the SBM Coordinators. The success in collating these pieces of evidence can be attributed to the religious efforts of the people behind the SBM.

For each principle, a Master Teacher was assigned together with other teachers in spearheading the collection and updating of data. The SBM Coordinators were tasked to ensure that the team for each principle is on the right track in up-keeping of records.

This is also a way ensuring that every activity is rightfully covered and documented, assessed and adjustment have been made if needed.
